Larry ChangThere are only so many car dealerships out there that actually care about the customers. The Pete at the Sequim location along with Eli and Michael at the Shoreline location are proof of this. Each and every person I met at both of these locations took care of my dad and I as soon as we arrived. Here are the facts, yes its a car dealership and like all car dealerships they want to make a sale. But they do not force it on you; you're at a JDM dealership because you the customer know about these cars, and they know that. They won't try to force a car sale. If you find something you're looking they're there to assist thats all. They are also a well of knowledge on the cars they've imported and will happily teach you everything you need to make a decision. My journey took 3 weeks from browsing to finally sealing the deal. At no point was I forced to make a decision and at the end I left with a beautiful 1999 Subaru Sambar TT2. If you read this review I really hope this helps settle any doubts you have about these guys. Special thanks to Pete, Eli, and Michael for providing me with a genuine experience.
